Wafer Check Valve

Introduction

H74 wafer check valve is a thin disc check valve suitable for installation in narrow space. The connection method adopts the standard wafer design and the valve disc is a swing structure. It has the advantages of simple structure, beautiful appearance, light weight and easy installation. It is mainly suitable for water supply systems, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy and other industrial sectors where there are installation space restrictions.

1. The valve body is precision cast, with fine appearance and up-to-standard materials
2. The internal parts are processed by CNC machine tools, with precise matching, interchangeable parts, and smooth and beautiful appearance
3. The sealing surface is plasma surfacing to increase the wear resistance of the valve
4. Rubber soft seals can be selected according to requirements
5. Each valve is tested for double-layer pressure of the shell and seal in accordance with national standards before leaving the factory
