1. The valve body is a precision casting valve body with WCB material up to standard and fine appearance. Each batch of castings has a heat number mark to facilitate production tracking and ensure material inspection.
2. The valve seat is integrally molded and then machined to ensure accuracy and sealing.
3. The sealing pair is made of FEP/FEP or other material combinations, with small friction coefficient and low opening and closing torque.
4. The packing is made of PTFE material, with good sealing performance and easy maintenance and replacement.
5. The butterfly plate and valve stem are designed as an integrated structure, which can prevent the internal parts from flushing out of the valve body due to pipeline pressure fluctuations. The structure is compact and safe to use.
6. Four levels (butterplate circumference, shaft head end face, valve shaft radial direction, valve seat) are loaded with elastic seals to ensure zero leakage inside and outside the valve.
7. The valve body is electrostatically sprayed with epoxy resin, and the spray thickness reaches 250μm.
