The installation instructions of pneumatic ball valve

Before the installation of pneumatic ball valve：
1.Ensure that the pneumatic ball valve installation position pipeline in the coaxial position,and the two flanges on the pipeline should be parallel.Verify that the pipeline can support the weight of the pneumatic ball valve, if the pipeline is found to be unable to support the weight of the pneumatic ball valve, the pipeline shall be provided with the corresponding support before installation.
2.Confirm whether there are impurities and welding slag in the pipeline. It is necessary to clean the pipeline.
3.Check the nameplate of the pneumatic ball valve, and carry out several fully open and closed operations to confirm that the valve can work normally, and then comprehensively check the details of the valve to ensure that the valve is intact.
4.Remove the protective cover at both ends, check whether the valve body is clean, and clean the body cavity. Because the sealing surface of pneumatic ball valve is ball shape, even small debris may also cause damage to the sealing surface.
The installation of pneumatic ball valve:
1.The gasket shall be placed between the flanges of the pneumatic ball valve and the pipeline flanges according to the requirements of the pipeline design.
2.The bolts on the flange should be tightened symmetrically, successively and evenly.
3.When the ball valve adopts pneumatic actuator, the installation of the air source should be completed according to the instructions.
4.Ball valves with electric-pneumatic actuators must be installed vertically, with the inlet and outlet of the valve in a horizontal position.
The inspection of pneumatic ball valve after installation:
1.After the installation, open the pneumatic ball valve switch several times, if the action is flexible, the pneumatic ball valve works normally.
2.According to the requirements of pipeline pressure design, test the sealing performance of the joint surface between the pneumatic ball valve and the pipe flange after passing pressure.
